Whenever needed we call in specialized talents. Electrician, Plumber, Drywall, Painting, Tile, Landscaping, etc. For licensed trades, we use only licensed people. All subcontractors are fully insured.

We work with a select group of trades people who have demonstrated quality of work, reliability, reasonable cost and trust worthiness.

We remain responsible for all work done by subcontractors...which is why we are so selective about whom we use.

Insured and Licensed:

Everyone who works on your project is fully insured and licensed as required by good practice and North Carolina law.
